Currently, mejo is offered as a web app at https://app.mymejo.com. We built mejo with a responsive web design that works on any connected device so our users can use mejo on a laptop at home and on their phone at the therapy clinic.
Quick Tip: If you are primarily a mobile user of mejo, you can add a mejo quick link icon to your mobile device's home screen to access the mejo web app in just a click!
Navigate to https://app.mymejo.com, select the menu in your device’s mobile browser(Example: Chrome), and select ‘Add to Home screen’ to add a quick link icon.

We know firsthand that sometimes you only need some of your child’s info depending on who is caring for them. That’s why we carefully curated 2 different views. You don’t need to do anything. Just select which view you want.
The Journal is all the sections you have filled out, and the Playbook is just a few sections (About Me, Medications, Allergies, Emergency Contacts, Primary Care, Medical Devices/Equipment, Useful Health Info and Diet).

Yes. When sharing your child’s mejo, input the email address or phone number of the intended recipient and mejo will send that individual a secure link via email or sms text message. This link will expire according to the timeframe you have set.

Today, mejo does not fall under the scope of HIPAA, is not a covered entity, and is not a business associate. We know that securing your child’s info is very important that’s why mejo has implemented various precautions and safeguards, including 256 bit encryption on user data when stored in our servers.
